Call Center Agent
We are seeking two Call Center Agents to join our team on a 6+ month contract with the potential for permanent placement. This role requires at least 1 year of call center experience.
Pay Rate: $18/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (1-hour lunch)
Responsibilities:
* Answer inbound and outbound calls, handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally
* Provide clear, accurate information about products, services, and company policies
* Resolve customer issues efficiently and document interactions appropriately
* Utilize CRM systems and call center software to track and manage customer cases
* Demonstrate active listening, empathy, and patience in customer interactions
Requirements:
* At least 12 months of call center experience (can be spread across multiple companies)
* Experience handling high-volume inbound and/or outbound calls
