The role we’re hiring for is a Scheduling Administrator to join our team based in Watton, Thetford. You’ll be responsible for scheduling the works for our experienced PAT Operatives. If you enjoy working in a busy, responsible role where your diligence and keen eye for detail would be utilised this opportunity may be just what you’ve been looking for. Working in a fast-paced office you’ll be the go-to person organising, planning, and scheduling the work for our PAT Operatives. A good sense of geography would be an asset along with a great telephone manner, an aptitude for organisation and a strong bias towards providing a 5-star service to our clients. What you receive for joining us: We’re looking to offer a salary of £25,000. In addition, we offer 23 days holiday (plus bank holidays), your birthday off, Company Pension and discount vouchers. Working 100% in office Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm with an hour paid lunch. Here’s a look at some of the things you’ll be doing: Working on a busy ‘helpdesk’ assisting, scheduling and organising a team of Portable Appliance Testers nationwide Ensure clients remain compliant and PAT testing is completed on time Be the first point of contact for all internal and external clients, developing client relationships overtime Provide quotes and perform Data Entry duties on both internal and external databases and software Can you show experience in some of these areas: Previous experience of working in the capacity of a scheduler would be ideal Experience of planning site visits of remote staff and allocating work Experience of data entry and performing general office duties is required A proactive work ethos, happy to communicate over the phone extensively Do you see yourself reflected in the description above?
