Description We are looking for a Digital Media Lead to join our eCommerce Digital team. About the role As the Digital Media Lead in Paid Advertising, you are responsible for developing and delivering paid advertising activity across our international partners (such as Zalando, Nordstrom, Amazon), in order to deliver incremental revenue and profit. You will work closely with our media agency and key search partners to deliver profitable performance campaigns. What else is involved? Working alongside key internal stakeholders, plan and execute performance campaigns. Execute effective strategies to increase product visibility, improve rankings, and drive traffic to our product listings Manage the relationship with the media agency & key search partners Monitor & work with the agency to optimize all activity. Work with the partners to explore new and innovative opportunities Work with the marketing and commercial trading teams. Manage the reporting for your channel Regularly present key campaign findings/insight identified. Stay up to date with the digital media landscape You’ll be doing all this from our Leicestershire Head Office. Our offices are inspiring, yes. But we understand that life happens. What we’re looking for With experience in managing large search campaigns or marketplace SPA campaigns via ad platforms such as Amazon you will have great technical knowledge, be results orientated and able to work accurately at pace. Proven experience of digital performance media channel, including experience in paid search Understanding of marketplace dynamics Experience or familiarity with the marketing platforms (ZMS) Zalando Marketing Services, (ZAP) ZALORA Advertising Platform and Amazon Ads would be advantageous. Strong numeracy and excel skills Experience of planning and optimising across performance digital media channels Experience of managing search partners and/or agency relationships High attention to detail Logical – finds it easy to problem solve Collaborative and works well as part of a team Strong technical knowledge is essential.
