* Processing customer orders and forwarding them to suppliers efficiently.
* Handling invoices and entering them onto the purchase ledger with precision.
* Managing company expenses, ensuring they are uploaded to the purchase ledger for approval.
* Responding to inbound calls from customers and suppliers with a friendly and professional demeanour.
* Ordering office supplies to keep the workspace well-stocked and organised.
* Preparing meeting rooms for clients to create welcoming environments.
* Keeping client records up to date on internal systems for accurate tracking.
* Handling reactive ad-hoc tasks that require flexibility and creativity.
