You'll be supervising the ESR transactional function of the team on a daily basis and providing support to the HR Hub Team Manager in the delivery of qualitative, accurate and timely ESR transactional services to the Trust and its external stakeholders. Experience in a supervisory role is essential. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with the team and internal/external stakeholders. You will need to be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment whilst ensuring a high level of accuracy and be able to run and manipulate reports. Microsoft packages knowledge/experience is essential.
