Are you a passionate and dedicated EYFS Practitioner with a Level 3 qualification in EYFS? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a welcoming and nurturing village school in Banbury.
About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic EYFS Practitioner to support and inspire young learners in their crucial early years. You will work as part of a dedicated team, fostering a love of learning and providing a strong foundation for the children's future education.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality care and education to children in the EYFS phase.
Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to create a stimulating and engaging learning environment.
Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining detailed records in line with EYFS guidelines.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Contribute to the planning and delivery of creative and fun learning experiences tailored to the needs of each child.About the School:

Requirements:
Level 3 qualification in EYFS or equivalent essential.
A genuine passion for working with young children and helping them thrive.
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development principles.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
