The PGCE will be fully funded by Pembrokeshire College and you will be given the appropriate time to attend the in-house course. You will have recent and relevant experience in the field of Childcare. Whilst previous experience in teaching or training is desirable, it is not essential. Experience working with young adults in an educational or training capacity would be advantageous. We particularly welcome applicants with a background in Early Years Care and Education. Our programmes of study include Childcare qualifications at Levels 1, 2, and 3. These programmes encompass the CCPLD (Children’s Care, Play, Learning and Development) qualifications for Wales, skills for employment, and a combination of theoretical knowledge and practical experience.
