The role is varied, covering reception work, office and IT based tasks, and set up of rooms from time to time. Key Tasks & Responsibilities: Facilities: • Purchasing and acceptance of goods and services such as I.T. equipment and groceries, • Setting up meeting rooms, • Greeting visitors and welcoming new employees to the office, • Answering calls, • Maintaining IT equipment and user accounts, including responding to issues on-demand, • Assist with maintaining high standards of set up in the Oxford office to enable employees to focus on their work most effectively. Bookings: • Help put employees’ minds at ease and enable them to focus on their primary roles by making arrangements for work travel trips, • Liaising with internal departments to understand requirements for travel to client or company offices, or other events, • Liaising with suppliers to obtain the correct services at the best prices (hotels, car hire, public transport etc) • Booking travel and accommodation as required following company procedures. Candidate Skills and attributes to be considered for this include having: • A customer services mindset, • Travel and accommodation booking experience, • Proven experience of working in an efficient and well-organised role, • A high level of computer literacy and interest in troubleshooting, • Ability to follow procedures methodically, • Attention to detail, • Enthusiasm to work in a growing and changing company, • Able to perform physical moving of desk equipment, • A Full UK driving license.
