Title: Personal Assistant & Governance Support – Barking Riverside
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week*
Persona: Site based and flexible 2-3 days a week on site**
Location: On site at Barking Riverside with some homeworking
Salary: circa £40,000 pa
First stage interviews: 5th and 6th December 2024
Final stage interviews: W/C 16th December 2024
We have an exciting PA opportunity based at our prestigious Barking Riverside project office. As PA & Governance Support you will be supporting the Managing Director of Barking Riverside in running the business and will be the key liaison and point of contact for the coordination of the Barking Riverside Board, the Executive and the Project Board. This is a great opportunity for an experienced PA who enjoys variety in their role and working with a wide range of stakeholders.
Duties will be varied and will include:
· Complex diary management of the MD and Executive
· Email management of the MD
· Organising travel
· Preparation of reports for meetings
· Preparation of papers for Main Board, Exec and Project Board meetings
· Preparation and delivery of all support for key meetings
· Coordination and delivery of all VIP, stakeholder and key site visits
· Typing of emails, letters, reports and presentations
· Expenses management and file management for the MD
· Supporting with events
· Taking minutes at meetings
· Preparation of highly confidential documents
The ideal candidate for this role should have relevant PA/EA experience gained within a fast paced environment for a Senior Director. Demonstrable experience of working in a highly confidential environment is essential as is a high level of trust and professionalism. This role would suit someone who is considered, who has exceptional attention to detail and has excellent organisational and coordination skills. You will need to demonstrate that you have managed a busy workload and be used to meeting deadlines. MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel will all be used on a daily basis. You will also need to show experience of excellent customer service and stakeholder management.

*This role will require a degree in flexible work pattern to accommodate out of hours and weekend working. Which will be taken back as toil.
*We are a multi-site organisation and this role will require regular travel in and around London.

Barking Riverside is a private limited company. L&Q provides Barking Riverside Limited with all support services including employment of all staff. The staff specifically dedicated to Barking Riverside are contracted to L&Q and work solely on the Barking Riverside project acting for the Company.
