* Supporting procurement officers by providing high quality admin management in relation to contract management activities. Meeting support - arranging, minuting & post meeting action coordination. Monitoring & actioning shared team mailbox enquiries Processing requests, queries, invoices and orders as required Candidates for this role require to have: Excellent IT skills including Microsoft 365 Experience of office administration Excellent communication skills. This role will involve working with internal departments & external suppliers. Comfortable working under own initiative Comfortable managing & prioritising own workload.
