Part Time Administrator - Legal Team π
Our client, a leading Trade Union representing and supporting workers across various sectors of the UK economy, is seeking an enthusiastic and organised individual to join their legal team as an Administrator π€β¨
π The Role π
As an Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the team with a range of administrative tasks. From drafting letters and managing the Case Management System (CMS), to e-filing and email inbox monitoring, your attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills will be key in keeping the team running smoothly.
You will also be responsible for updating financial records, maintaining the legal team calendar, collating figures for reports, arranging counsel for hearings, and providing general administrative support to the legal officers.
πΌ Role: Office Administrator (Legal Team)
π Working Hours: 3 days per week
π Location: Caledonian Road
π° Pay: Β£13.85 per hour
π Length of assignment: Ongoing
π Dress Code: Business Casualβ¨ Responsibilities β¨
As a valued member of their Legal Team, you will undertake a range of administrative tasks, including:
π Drafting and sending letters π
π Creating and updating files on the Case Management System (CMS) Clio ποΈ
π¨ E-filing and monitoring the email inbox π₯
π Keeping files on CMS up to date β
πΌ Updating Finance department with invoices and filing invoices πΈ
π Maintaining accurate spreadsheets recording files, settlements, and matter types π
ποΈ Managing the Legal Team's calendar with hearings and limitations π
π Collating figures for reports π
π Compiling bundle indexes and bundles π
ποΈ Arranging counsel for hearings π
π Answering phone calls and email queries for the legal department βοΈ
π Assisting with department meeting minutes and arranging meetings π
ποΈ Closing files and providing administrative support π
πͺ Assisting Legal Officers with other tasks as required π€π― Skills & Experience π―
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:
π€ Previous experience as a team administrator β
π¬ Proven verbal and written communication skills π’
βοΈ Strong organisational abilities and multitasking skills π
