We are looking to recruit anAssistant Virtual Designer within our London & Eastconstruction business. With offices in Hitchin Hertfordshire andChelmsford (Essex) we deliver projects across multiple sectorswithin north London the northern home counties and East Anglia.This will be a hybridrole.
TheAssistant Virtual Designer will provide technical support todevelop visualisation solutions throughout all project stages. Thisrole is pivotal in helping the project team communicate theconstruction process and the proposedoutcome.
Youwill be highly taskoriented and take accountability for deliveringon smaller projects or specific workpackages.
Theideal candidate should have experience in 3D modelling. You willassist in creating 4D animations to support our constructionmethodology and logistics. You will also assist in creatingbreathtaking CGIs within the rendering software occasionallyutilising photoshop. You will then learn how to model projects inthe built environment and therefore a willingness to learn isfundamental.
Therole willinclude:
* Creatingand editing your own 3Dlibrary
* Workingwith our bid operational lead to create logistics and constructionmethodology visuals/animations to enhance thebid.
* Researchingnew techniques and bettering the buildability capabilities withinthe desired softwares.
* Workingwith our virtual designer to think of innovative ways to improveour competitive submissions bringing our construction methodologytolife.
