The role of Credit Officer - Vetting is really important to us. You will be responsible for processing orders from both new and existing customers across our global business. You will work directly with colleagues across the telematics business to manage decisions within agreed SLAs, using credit data and financial analysis to make risk decisions within the credit policy framework. The role will suit someone with excellent organisational skills and an adaptable approach who is looking to drive change in a fast growing and busy international team. Your responsibilities day to day will be… Processing orders by collating and analysing data from different sources to make sound risk decisions. Plan and prioritize own workload to achieve SLAs Drive communication and collaboration with sales colleagues across the globe to achieve the best outcome for Radius. Review financial information and compile trend analysis, produce risk reviews for senior management. Manage any inbound queries, regarding terms and risk approval, following up until completion. Lead weekly decision reviews with local sales colleagues. Identify opportunities to innovate and improve existing processes. Identify risks and issues impacting risk from daily activities. Work with the credit colleagues on policy, process, or procedural changes to mitigate risk and drive improvement. Build strong and effective working relationships with stakeholders to support the business with customer retention and financial targets from your role. Experience / qualifications required: Strong customer service skills, ability to communicate at all levels. Able to deal with internal customers, handle negotiations and overcome objections. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritise and keep to deadlines within a fast-paced environment. Outstanding communication skills with the ability to operate at all levels internally and externally. Highly presentable with strong organisational and motivational skills A ‘can do’ positive attitude and comfortable ‘rolling your sleeves up’.
