Our client, a respected private healthcare provider with thirty Nursing Homes across the UK, is seeking a Deputy Nurse Manager for their nursing and dementia Home in Liverpool. They are committed to delivering exceptional care and support to their residents, focusing on person-centred approaches and specialised services for those with dementia and nursing care needs.
In the role of Deputy Nurse Manager, you'll be responsible for:
* Supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day operations of the nursing and dementia Home.
* Leading and supervising the nursing and care team to ensure high-quality care delivery.
* Managing shared on-call responsibilities as part of the leadership team.
* Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and maintaining excellent care practices.
* Providing direct nursing care as needed, including palliative care.
* Collaborating with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure person-centred care.
Package and Benefits:
The Deputy Nurse Manager role comes with an attractive package, including;
* Annual salary of up to £51,000.
* Full-time hours, 40 per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible shifts from 9am-5pm or 8am-4pm.

To be considered for the Deputy Nurse Manager role, you should have:
* Active NMC pin number.
* Experience as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Nurse (RMN).
* Previous experience in a deputy management role.
* Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
* Excellent supervisory and leadership skills.
* Experience in elderly care and general nursing.
