We have an opportunity in the City of Oxford for a Team Manager to lead and deliver an integrated Mental Health and Social Care pathway, specifically designed to meet the needs of adults with serious mental illness. Main duties of the job The main responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to: Work with the Service Manager to lead in the development of consistentstandards across all AMHTs ensuring the effective delivery of high quality, affordable, and safe services. Provide clear, visible leadership, and strategic vision to ensure every aspect of the user experience is delivered in a safe, efficient and evidence-based manner. Work in partnership with primary care and the 3rd sector to develop clear and effective pathways for mental health. Work in partnership with the inpatient wards to ensure that there is a clear pathway for patients and their families, delivering seamless transitions of care. To lead and line manage an Adult Mental Health Team. Support the Service Managers in the development, negotiation and performance monitoring of relevant service specifications. Represent or deputise for the Service Managers where appropriate at Trusts or multi-agency forums. Support the Service Manager working with staff, stakeholders, and commissioners to help develop and lead implementation of local & national initiatives, commissioning and Department of Health targets.
