Main Activities/Tasks AS HRBP you will work closely with senior leaders, managers, and employees to implement and enhance HR strategies that drive business success. Responsibilities include: - Workforce planning - Talent management - Employee relations - Performance management - Organisational development You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR-related matters, ensuring that HR practices are aligned with the company's goals and culture. This role also involves identifying and addressing HR challenges and opportunities in line with business needs. Essential Criteria: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field or 5 + years' experience in an HR or people management role, with a strong understanding of HR practices and policies. Experience in managing employee relations, performance management, and talent development. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels within the organization. Ability to influence and advise leadership on HR matters. Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in handling employee relations issues or organizational challenges. Ability to adapt to changing business needs and HR practices in a dynamic environment. Duration: Full time, permanent.
