Parts Consultant
* Location: Lipscomb Volvo Canterbury
* Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum + benefits
* Hours: Full Time 8.00 – 5.30 Mon – Friday (Plus Saturday morning rota)

About the role:
The Part Consultant will be responsible for coordinating the logistics and sales of automotive parts, ensuring customer relations Is managed effectively, to ensure a seamless operation. Specifically, the purpose of this role Is to monitor and control resources and assets consistently with the Dealership profit requirements, while maintaining and Improving customer relations.
Maximising profitability through the sales of parts, accessories, and other value -added products. Enhancing the reputation of the dealership at every opportunity.
Lipscomb Canterbury is a Volvo main Dealer showcasing the latest range of products in our fantastic showroom complex just outside of the city centre on the A28 in Chartham
Duties will include:
* Maintain good communication channels with Internal and External customers
* Processing of Vehicle Health Check & trade enquiries/orders/parts pricing information – Identifying and pre-picking of parts
* Checking in and booking parts procedures
* Dealing with Telephone and customer orders

As a member of the parts team, you will receive excellent manufacturer training and development as part of our ongoing staff development program, and be able to work to a high standard of performance with good keyboard and parts interpretation skills, preferably gained from a previous franchised motor environment.

Skills and experience required:
Essential
* Previous motor parts environment
* Accuracy in identifying vehicle components and parts interpretation
* Good communication skills
* Commitment to providing the highest levels of customer care in dealership at all touch points
* Must be a team player, ability to work to set guidelines
Desirable:
* Previous car dealership franchise environment experience
