Join a global beauty brand that values its employees and fosters collaboration. Working within the UK team, you will also provide HR Management for the US team, and work closely with the company’s team in China.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with UK/US employment laws and advise on cross-border matters including data privacy.
* Manage workplace investigations, disciplinary processes, and grievances according to legal standards.
* Provide guidance on performance management, conflict resolution, and termination procedures across regions.
* Oversee inclusive hiring, onboarding, and regional right-to-work verification.
* Administer payroll, pensions, and benefits, ensuring alignment with UK/US tax regulations.
* Develop and update HR policies reflecting evolving employment laws and best practices.
* Deliver compliance training on anti-discrimination and harassment prevention for international teams.
* Maintain accurate records, generate reports for legal audits and regulatory requirements.
Candidate Requirements:
* Degree in HR, Law, or related field, and experience within FMCG, ideally a beauty business.
* CIPD Level 5+ or SHRM certification is a strong advantage.
* Success in a generalist UK HR role, plus working knowledge of US regulations.
* Hands-on ADP proficiency.
