Your Key Responsibilities
* Assist in managing daily operations of the food & beverage department across multiple outlets
* Lead and support the F&B team to deliver high standards of service and hospitality
* Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and build positive experiences
* Collaborate with the Kitchen team to ensure seamless front and back-of-house coordination
* Support the training and development of team members, fostering a positive workplace culture
* Identify and implement improvements to enhance service quality and guest experience
* Manage team rotas and staffing levels based on business needs
* Hold regular team meetings to align on goals, service standards, and performance targets
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and risk management procedures
