Job Summary
We areseeking a seasoned Finance and Accounting trainer to join ThisCompany Business School under the Finance Talent Development Dept(FTDD) and its primarily responsibility is to develop talent forthe Finance Service Line and This Company at a Group level. TheDivision includes personnel serving as instructors course contentdevelopers subject matter experts in talent management. Thepersonnel also serve as coordinators by working with SMEs fromvarious business segments (Controllers Treasury Group FinanceInvestor Relations and Internal Audit) in designing and deliveringcourses. In addition Finance Admin Area is responsible forbimonthly keynote speaker series and other specializedcertification programs (CFA CPA CMA CIA IFRS). The successfulcandidate will: Plan design and develop curricula and coordinatewith SMEs from various business segments (i.e. Admin Areas) todevelop courses in accounting finance and other business domainsand in most cases codeliver the courses with SMEs from relevantbusiness segment; identify and make recommendations of new courseofferings in consultation with SMEs from various business segmentsand make consistent effort to update course materials with newknowledge and participate in planning initiatives and successfullycomplete adhoc tasks.
KeyResponsibilities:
* Plan design and develop curricula for accounting financeand other business domains within This Company BusinessSchool.
* Coordinate with subject matter experts(SMEs) from various business segments such as Controllers TreasuryGroup Finance Investor Relations and Internal Audit to developcourses.
* Collaborate with SMEs to codelivercourses ensuring alignment with business objectives and learningoutcomes.
* Identify and recommend new courseofferings based on industry trends and organizationalneeds.
* Continuously update course materialswith new knowledge and best practices.
* Participate in planning initiatives aimed at enhancingtalent development within the Finance Service Line and ThisCompany.
* Successfully complete adhoc tasks asrequired to support the goals of the Finance Talent DevelopmentDepartment (FTDD) and This Company Business School.
Requirements:
* Willingness to relocate toDhahran Saudi Arabia.
* Mastersdegree in Accounting Finance Economics or a related discipline froma reputable University.
* Possession of relevantprofessional certification such as CMA CFA CPA or CA.
* Minimum of 10 years of related work experience with atleast 5 years in training and development.
* Experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred butnot required.
* Demonstrated leadership inprojects.
* Ability to effectively work in ateam environment.
* Excellent communicationskills.
