ABOUT THE ROLE As a Field Care Supervisor in Steyning and Henfield, you will manage a dedicated team of Care Assistants and be the key contact for complex queries, providing tailored care solutions to customers. You’ll work closely with the Care Manager and Care Coordinator to bridge communication between the office and the field, ensuring high standards and compliance across all services. Responsibilities include: Supporting and managing a team of Care Assistants Conducting quality control, audits, and care planning, risk assessment, reviews Acting as the link between our customers, your team, and the office staff Working a 40-hour week, including every other weekend and emergency on-call duties Residing within a 30-minute drive of Steyning and Henfield This role is ideal for a self-motivated, reliable, and organised communicator with experience in the care industry.
