Purpose of the Role Join the IT department as the Connected Car Programme Manager during an exciting time at Bentley, playing a pivotal role in driving Bentley's goals towards our Beyond100 strategy. Reporting into the Tribe Lead, you will coordinate the Connected Car and Data Value programme on behalf of IT, ensuring the successfully delivery at Bentley. You will work closely with business stakeholders and the IT Teams to achieve the desired business outcomes, with strong monitoring and control in place, steering the programme according to the established delivery and governance frameworks. Also working closely and collaboratively with the wider business up to Board level to facilitate effective change management, conflict resolution and delivery. Responsible for establishing the overall programme structure at Bentley, governance, roles and responsibilities and ensuring that work stream owners are held to account on delivery Work with existing IT Project Managers to enhance stakeholder engagement and create a stakeholder management plan which identifies and engages the relevant internal and external parties Ensure definition of programme scope, goals and deliverables and that the resulting projects and work streams are aligned and agreed with sponsors and stakeholders Identify internal and external programme dependencies and prepare inclusive work breakdown structure (WBS). Lead active risk and issues management, ensuring that risks and issues are owned, actioned and escalated as required Ensure business readiness and change management is defined, planned, agreed and activated Ensure that the stakeholder engagement plan is implemented and executed, building relationship with stakeholders and programme team members About The Team The IT Delivery function are responsible for delivering a diverse portfolio of IT change to enable our stakeholders to meet their strategic goals as part of the Beyond 100 Strategy.
