Our client base continues to grow month on month and as a result we are now looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our lovely people team. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting across our TA function, working on a wide range of positions across both Engineering and Non-Engineering disciplines. WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Proactively source candidates from various sources including job boards, social media and referrals. Work with the TA team to build & maintain a talent pipeline to ensure recruitment demands are achieved. Use various social media platforms to showcase current vacancies. Ensure all required documentation is received from successful candidates. Ensure accurate candidate records are kept on our in-house ATS system, Teamtailor. Any additional tasks when required to support the People team. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Previous experience of working in Recruitment, either in-house or agency – ideally with an understanding / experience of the M&E field. Superb communication skills are a must. A hunger to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to confidently balance multiple tasks & priorities. This role will be a mixture of home and office based so you must be proactive in nature. Flexibility to travel across our Bristol, Haydock, Birmingham and Oxted offices. Previous experience of working with an ATS / HRIS – prior experience of Bamboo or Teamtailor would be a plus Passionate about all things people and delivering a seamless candidate journey. A good sense of humour and positive by nature. THE PACKAGE Competitive starting salary of £28,000 - £32,000 dependent upon experience Ideally we’re looking for someone who could work from our Bristol office flexibly to support the needs of the team. 25 Days holiday plus bank holidays.
