We are looking to recruit a SENCO/Head of Inclusion to join our team. You will be appointed the Leadership pay scale L3 - L7 on a permanent contract. You will work full time.
*This role is non-class based.*
The successful candidate will become part of the senior leadership team who work collaboratively to ensure the smooth running of the school – with wellbeing at the core.
The successful candidate will be supported to complete the special educational needs co-ordinator’s (SENCO) national professional qualification, as part of the role if the national award for special educational needs is not already held.
Are you passionate about the learning and progress of disadvantaged pupils and those with Special Educational Needs and/or Disability (SEND)? If so, we want you to join our team!
In addition, we offer a full induction programme and opportunities for continual professional development.
