Our client is a reputable roofing Contractor who operate within London and the home counties.
They currently require a Site Manager (Roofing) for one of their live projects based in East London
The core area this contractor specialise within is Roofing.
The Site Manager will be responsible for managing up to 20 operatives at any one time.
Project is due to be completed by Feb 2025. The successful Site Manager will then be moved onto the next project.
• Pay Rate: £250+ per day (depending upon experience)
• Start date: ASAP
Criteria:
• Management CSCS Card/Qualification
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• Desirablly from a roofing trade background
• Broad refurbishment and roofing knowledge and experience
• Ability to deal with the client on all matters
• Strong knowledge of H&S protocols
• Ability to drive trades and motivate staff
• Working references - essential
• Car driver - essential due to location
