Job Title: MFL Teacher Location: North East England, County Durham, Durham Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time Salary: Pay to Scale from Start of Booking Primary Industry: Education and Training Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic MFL Teacher to join our team in Durham. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) lessons to students. This is a temporary position, with an expected full-time workload. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging and effective MFL lessons to students Assess and evaluate student progress to provide constructive feedback Develop curriculum and lesson plans in line with educational standards Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Modern Foreign Languages or related field Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Enhanced DBS check Experience: Previous experience teaching MFL to students Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of MFL curriculum and educational standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to engage and motivate students in language learning Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Education Experience teaching in a diverse classroom setting Working Conditions: The MFL Teacher will work in a school environment, following the school's academic calendar.
