Overview
We are seeking two dedicated and skilled chef de parties to join our culinary team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for food and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. As a chef de partie, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation, ensuring that each dish is prepared to perfection in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Duties
1. Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
2. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and workstations.
3. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling of ingredients.
4. Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, marinating, and seasoning.
5. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
6. Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management.
7. Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety practices.
Requirements
1. Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or similar setting is preferred.
2. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques.
3. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
4. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
5. A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new skills.
6. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
7. Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
