We are currently looking for a highly experienced Production Administrator to join our client's team on a permanent basis.
Main Duties and Responsibilities will include:
• Timely & efficient administration of project documentation.
• Updating and extracting data from ERP systems to support clients’ needs.
• Ensure accurate information is undertaken for all transactions in relation to project.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers.
• Product information update.
• Investigation to resolution of client queries.
• Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
• Effective use of electronic management systems.
• Escalating of Client reported issues effectively to Contract Supervisor if resolution cannot be found within agreed timescales.
As an ideal candidate, you should have:
• Strong Communication skills
• Extensive experience of Microsoft experience including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Customer service experience
• Strong experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Good telephone manner
