Office Manager/PA Hourly Rate: £15 Location: Brighton Job Type: Temporary (1 month, may extend) We are seeking an Office Manager/PA to manage our Brighton office, ensuring a safe, secure, and productive workspace for our employees. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong communication skills and decision-making capabilities. Day-to-day of the role: Manage all aspects of the Brighton office, including security, supplies, and liaising with the property team, landlord, and external contractors to maintain high standards. Responsible for Health & Safety management at the Brighton office sites. Organise meetings at the Brighton office or external venues, including preparing agendas, slide decks, maintaining the boardroom, and arranging lunch/refreshments. Help organise staff socials, entertaining, and events within the available budget. Manage deliveries and post in and out of the Brighton site. Provide executive support to the Managing Director, including diary management, email support, meetings, travel, expense management, and some personal tasks. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Engage in ad-hoc project work as required by the business. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in office management or facilities management. Knowledge and experience in Health and Safety management within an office environment. Exceptional people skills – strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities. Organised and capable of managing changing priorities. Good written communication skills.
