Job Overview
Nurse Seekers are seeking a highly skilled Early Years Practitioner to join their team in a purpose-built Nursery based near Kenilworth, Warwickshire.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a qualified Nursery Nurse or Teacher to work in a cutting-edge environment, delivering high-quality early years education and care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day activities of the nursery, developing and implementing educational programs, and building strong relationships with parents, carers, and other stakeholders.
We offer a competitive salary range of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* To develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children.
* To lead and manage the day-to-day activities of the nursery, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children.
* To build strong relationships with parents, carers, and other stakeholders.
* To maintain accurate records and reports, including attendance, progress, and incident reports.
Requirements:
A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Care (or equivalent), and/or a teaching qualification.
Experience working in a nursery or similar setting, preferably in a leadership role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, adults, and stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
A passion for delivering high-quality early years education and care, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
