Duties: Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee wages. Oversee accounts payable functions related to payroll, ensuring all deductions and contributions are correctly applied. Analyse payroll data for discrepancies and resolve any issues promptly. Utilise accounting software, to maintain accurate financial records. Collaborate with the human resources department to ensure seamless integration Conduct data entry tasks related to employee information and payroll adjustments. Prepare reports on payroll metrics for management review, identifying trends or areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations pertaining to payroll processing.
