Position: Office Administrator
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
Work hours: 5 days per week (Monday-Friday only)
Location: Hams Hall, Coleshill - 100% office based
Salary: £26,000 per annum (progression opportunities available)
NCF Living is a fast-growing, dynamic company looking for an Office Administrator to support Head Office activities as the company continues to expand. This is an ideal opportunity for a person who can demonstrate a high level of accuracy and a desire to work hard.
THE ROLE
You will be responsible for day-to-day general administration duties. Your roles and responsibilities will include:
1. Data entry, using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
2. Maintaining and updating internal databases and portals
3. Processing paperwork, updating systems, and filing documentation
4. General admin duties
5. Maintaining deadlines
Skills:
* Excellent communicator at all levels
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel is essential for this role)
* Well-organised and methodical approach to working
* Accuracy, attention to detail
