About the Role
We are looking for an inspiring, dedicated teacher to provide tailored, one-to-one education for a 14-year-old student working towards Key Stage 3 and GCSEs. This is more than a teaching role – it’s a chance to help someone thrive academically and personally, achieving Level 6 or above in key subjects (English, Maths, Science, and more).

What You’ll Be Doing
1. Teach core subjects (Maths, English, Science, etc.), focusing on achieving strong GCSE-level results.
2. Plan lessons tailored to the student’s needs and learning style.
3. Provide regular feedback and adjust teaching methods as needed.
4. Empower the student to develop confidence, critical thinking, and a love for learning.
5. Approx 5/6 hours per day - happy to be flexible for the right person.
6. You will be based in a Flexible Office Space Provider in Kettering.
What We’re Looking For
1. A Qualified Teacher: QTS or equivalent preferred, with experience teaching Key Stage 3 or GCSEs.
2. An Enthusiastic Mentor: Someone who can inspire and nurture academic success.
