Our client who are a leading M&E Contractor are seeking a detail-oriented Document Controller for a large scale project to go between their Cambrige office and site. You'll manage project documentation using a range of software including: 4 Projects, Aconex, SharePoint, Asite, Conject, and ViewPoint. Responsibilities: Organise, upload, and categorise documents. Collaborate with teams, clients, and subcontractors for timely document submission and approval. Monitor workflows, track revisions, and maintain registers. Provide training and support on document control and software usage. Generate reports as needed. Requirements: Previous experience as a Document Controller in construction/engineering. Proficient in 4 Projects, Sharepoint, Asite, Aconex, Conject, and ViewPoint. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of document control standards and regulations. Computer literacy, including MS Office.
