Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and informative Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. Create a dynamic learning environment that fosters scientific inquiry, critical thinking, and practical experimentation. Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support their scientific development. Collaborate with colleagues within the Science department and across the school to enhance the learning experience. Stay updated on the latest scientific advancements and pedagogical approaches. Ideal Candidate: A strong passion for Science and the ability to convey its relevance to real-world applications. A relevant teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent). Proven experience teaching Science at secondary level. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. A creative and innovative approach to teaching and learning.
