An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Goalkeeping Coach to join our Academy Coaching Department and lead the development programme for our aspiring goalkeepers. We are looking for a positive, dynamic and innovative individual, who will be responsible for working as part of our coaching team to primarily develop and manage the goalkeeping programme. The successful candidate will plan, deliver and review coaching sessions in line with our playing and coaching philosophies. They will also be required to liaise with other Part-Time and Full-Time staff as well as complete all off-pitch activities to deadlines. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a desire and enthusiasm for their own development. About The Candidate Essential Desirable UEFA B Licence GK and Outfield FA Advanced Youth Award FA Youth Award with assessment UEFA A Licence GK FA Level 2 EFAiF (First aid level 2) Previous Academy experience Fa Safeguarding Qualification Experience of using PMA system Have a positive approach Knowledge of EPPP in relation to a Category 3 academy Demonstrates honesty, integrity, reliability and the ability to ensure confidentiality at all time. Relative coaching experience working with Foundation Phase Age Groups Friendly, well organized with the ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure. Hold a full driving license Possess strong time management skills and have a flexible approach to work. A commitment to continuing professional development.
