Join the busy Quality Services team, where you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality professional services in the Curriculum Management Team. You will collaborate with schools, departments, and external partners to ensure curriculum quality and standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Implementing quality assurance policies
* Advising stakeholders
* Acting as officer to university committees
* Managing records and databases
* Producing reports and presenting information
* Researching policy options for senior officers and committees
Role
You will also have opportunities to contribute to the updating and distribution of a range of quality assurance handbooks, documentation and guidance, and the development and delivery of workshops and events. In order to be successful in this role, you should have:
* A good standard of secondary education (or equivalent), reflecting good literacy and numeracy skills
* Experience of work in administration and in quality assurance
* Experience of undertaking work of an analytical nature
* Ability to interpret, apply and communicate complex regulations and procedures, demonstrating sensitivity and diplomacy
* Ability to produce good written communications accurately and clearly

It would be anticipated the role would cover at least two full working days, which can be arranged on appointment with the successful candidate. In line with the university agile working policy, you will be able to work remotely for part of the week in agreement with your manager.
