Role Overview: As the QHSE Office Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) systems. Reporting to the H&S Manager and the ISO Manager, you will ensure compliance with industry regulations, support the implementation of best practices, and promote a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Assist in the maintenance and development of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems. Checking the review dates for company risk assessments are adhered to Health, Safety and Environment inspections on the shop floor Conduct Daily Checks on the shop floor Updating H&S and ISO Dashboards Manage and update quality documentation, procedures, and records. Monitoring internal procedures to comply with relevant QHSE standards. Accident, incident and near miss investigation, recording, and reporting Supporting the ISO9001, 14001 and 45001 audit process Maintain accurate records of QHSE activities and certifications. Coordinate training programs and maintain training records for staff. Track and monitor deadlines for audits, inspections, and compliance activities Ensuring all sites are covered this will involve using either company or own vehicle (mileage reimbursed) Personal Characteristics Observant, with particular attention to detail Motivated with a keen ability to communicate Willingness to learn Enthusiastic and willing to be hands on IT literate with good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel Able to work well within a team, but also able to carry out tasks independently Full Clean UK driving licence Fluent in English Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Have a confident outlook whilst being respectful to co workers Proven experience in a similar QHSE administrative role, preferably within the manufacturing or construction industry. Knowledge of ISO management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). (desirable) Competencies Knowledge of QHSE principles and regulatory requirements. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
