About this role:
As a Product Manager, you will take full ownership of a key area of our product road-map. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to manage project timelines, conduct market research, and oversee customer feedback. Your role will be crucial in preparing product documentation and ensuring our products deliver meaningful value and commercial success. Collaborating with Design and Engineering, you will play a key role in shaping the customer experience by championing user needs and making data-driven decisions.
Product Manager Job Responsibilities:
* Manage the product roadmap to align with strategic goals and timelines, leveraging data to inform decisions.
* Track progress and deadlines, identifying and resolving impediments to ensure timely product delivery.
* Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between development, product, marketing, sales, and customer support teams.
* Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and training materials.
* Act as the main point of contact for your product area, providing regular status updates through reports, presentations, and demos to stakeholders.
* Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement.
* Identify opportunities through research, data analysis, and feedback, translating insights into actionable steps.
* Stay informed and develop expertise in the education sector, ensuring products continue to meet the evolving needs of educators and students.
Skills and experience required:
To be considered for the role of Product Manager, we are looking for an established Product Manager with experience in a tech-driven market looking to move into the education technology sector and they will need to be a strong and resilient person with a track record of working closely with development teams to support continuous product delivery.
You will also have:
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to focus on both product outcomes and execution.
* Good general understanding of how large-scale software systems are designed, built, tested, and deployed.
* Experience working in the engineering organization of a product company using common Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, XP).
* Strong understanding of delivery and go-to-market methods and metrics.
* Familiarity with the roles of product managers, product designers, engineers, quality assurance, DevOps, and product marketers.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and balance differing perspectives.

Additional information:
This is a hybrid role based out of our Vantage Head office (Renaissance Vantage London, Great West Road, Brentford, TW8 9AG) with the expectation of some travel to other offices as required for team or client meetings.
We offer a competitive basic salary between £40,000 - £50,000 per annum dependent on experience, plus lots of amazing benefits:
* 25 Days per annum plus Bank Holidays (3 to be used for our Christmas shutdown).
* A day off for your birthday, to be used in the month of your birthday.
* Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week– Generally 9.00am to 5:30pm (with an unpaid hour for Lunch daily), subject to the demands of the role.
