You will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with key clients ensuring their needs are met while achieving the company’s sales objectives. This role involves strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and driving revenue growth through account management, client retention, and business development. Role Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, focusing on understanding their organisational structure and key personnel Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any needs or concerns. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the best possible services and solutions tailored to each client’s requirements.
