KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills & Employability sectors.\n\nJob Title: Health and Social Care Assessor (4 day week)\n\nLocation: East Midlands - Home/Field based (Must be flexible with travel)\n\nSalary: £27,000 - £30,000 (Depending on skills and experience)\n\nType: 4 DAY WEEK – full time salary for a 4 day week (compressed hours)\n\nEssential Criteria:\n\nExperience of delivering Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 5.\nHold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.\nHold occupational competency in Health and Social Care (Elderly) at Management level.\nMust have a good level of ICT skills\nConfident to deliver Maths and English Functional Skills.\nHappy to conduct online remote assessments - and face to face when required\nFull, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.\nMust be flexible with travel. Duties include:\n\nAssess and support learners working towards Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 5, including Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2.\nManaging your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.\nOrganise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.\nSupport, advise and motivate learners.\nOvercome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.\nMeet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.Personal Skills:\n\nOrganisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.\nConfident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.\nQuality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learnersPlease note:\n\nKM Recruitment receive a high number of applications for each role advertised and although we would like to we are not always able to deliver feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
