Interim integration CFO or Finance Director required for post acquisition integration for a food manufacturing business. Experience working as a CFO or Finance Director in a food manufacturing business is essential as is the experience of integrating acquisitions and managing the process from a financial perspective with a strong ability to get the most out of all the people and colleagues involved. My client has recently acquired the business and whilst there are no plans to move the business, operating and financial systems needs to be brought up to the relevant standard and financial integrity needs to be ensured throughout the process. This is mainly an onsite role, at least four days a week, it needs someone who can manage the details and cash flow, develop the team and support the acquiring business throughout the process.
