As a Registered Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of their service users. You’ll work closely with the care team, service users, and their families to provide personalised support.
Your role will involve managing care plans, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the well-being of their Service users.
Duties:
Experience in Domiciliary care with a proven track record in providing consistent and excellent customer service.
Proven experience in leading, training and managing a team to provide high quality domiciliary care services.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of compliance and legislative requirements of the Care Standards regulations.
Strong skills in conducting care assessments and care planning.
Good understanding of systems and processes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to inspire others and build fantastic working relationships.
Strong organisation and planning skills.
Drive and motivation to take on a broad role and develop care services.
Passionate about providing the highest quality of care.
Commercially aware and have strong influencing and negotiating skills.
Demonstrate achievement of business growth targets.
Recruitment of care workers.
Ability to work well and accurately under pressure.
Be flexible to meet demands of the business including participating in an on-call rota.
Good working knowledge of IT Systems
Ability to support the On-Call function, which may require the support of team members out in the field in emergency situations.
Travel within the operational area to conduct client and care professional assessments, you require a driving licence and access to a vehicle. Qualifications:
Any of the qualifications as prescribed the Care Inspectorate in Scotland
Typically, SVQ 3, HNC Social Care or PDA at supervisory level
Higher qualifications such as Registered Nurse, degree in Social Work will be an added advantage.
Full UK driving licence
