* A starting salary of £38,000 - £41,500 with bonus opportunities (after qualifying period)

About the Role:
The Apprenticeship Performance Manager will oversee the Early Years and Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship programmes, ensuring learners have an excellent experience. Key duties include:
* Managing a team of Apprenticeship Tutors to meet performance targets
* Achieving targets for learner success, recruitment, and progression
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory and funding guidelines
* Coaching Apprenticeship Tutors to meet individual and team goals
* Collaborating with Sales, Compliance, and other teams to support business growth
* Overseeing the delivery of functional skills in maths and English
* Conducting regular observations to maintain quality teaching and learning
Requirements:
* Proven experience in managing apprenticeship programmes and achieving performance targets
* Strong knowledge of apprenticeship funding and Ofsted regulations
* Experience leading a team of Assessors or Tutors
* Proficient IT skills, including experience with e-portfolios and software platforms
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
