The Clinical Community Pharmacist will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care at the Berkshire Independent Hospital in Reading. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing medication policies and procedures, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and providing education and training to junior pharmacists and other healthcare staff.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Developing and implementing medication policies and procedures.

3. Providing education and training to junior pharmacists and other healthcare staff.
4. Ensuring the safe and effective use of medications across the hospital.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a Degree in Pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). A willingness to undertake clinical training is also essential.
