Anderson Knight are working with a client to recruit a HR Assistant, in this role you will play a key role in supporting HR functions, including recruitment assistance, employee relations paperwork, onboarding administration, and support with ongoing project work. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with HR experience who wants to grow within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding
* Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
* Support payroll and benefits administration
* Coordinate training and development programs
* Assist with employee relations matters and HR policies
* Provide administrative support to the HR team
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in an HR support role (ideally 1-2 years)
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office
* CIPD Level 3 (or working towards it) is desirable
