Ensure the delivery of an excellent recruitment service to managers, staff and applicants through provision of administrative and advisory support throughout the recruitment process. To ensure that all requests regarding employment within the Trust are dealt with as per key performance indicators.
Contact candidates to set up interview schedules both verbally and electronically, prepare recruitment packs for interviews and deliver them to the panel members in a timely manner. Conduct all pre-employment checks for successful candidates in line with NHS Employers guidance.
Ensuring that DBSs and Work Permits of current staff are in date and that any necessary work is completed to ensure compliance with Trust Policies/UKBA/CQC/NHSLA. Work with recruiting managers to ensure that they are kept fully up to date with the progress of their successful candidates.
Produce offer letters and contracts to successful/unsuccessful candidates. Ensure that all recruitment systems are updated and maintained on a daily basis. Assist with any recruitment events or initiatives that the Trust undertakes throughout the year.
Ensuring that knowledge of recruitment procedures and legislation/Trust policies is up to date at all times. Any other duties as may be delegated or to provide assistance to other parts of the Directorate administration if requested.
