Role overview
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team and play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
You will also be required to support the HR team with general HR duties.
Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00
Responsibilities
* Working with the Group HR Manager to maintain an up-to-date Recruitment Strategy that aligns with the business goals in all aspects of the role.
* Working with hiring managers to create job descriptions and, where appropriate, job adverts for all roles to support business growth.
* Facilitate relationships with future talent and maintain talent pools to ensure quick fulfilment of vacancies.
* Providing support for local careers fairs and other industry events to aid recruitment campaigns.
* Screen all incoming CVs, distribute them to the appropriate hiring manager with all relevant information, and provide feedback accordingly.
* Arranging interviews, providing guidance and attending interviews as required.
* Keeping all recruitment documentation up to date and issued in a timely way.
* Negotiate offers to candidates or to their agents and issue all required paperwork, completing any pre-employment checks.
* Responsible for the onboarding process for all new starters, including all paperwork, right-to-work checks, setting up on HR systems and access to relevant systems, notification to all relevant departments (payroll) and teams etc.
* Liaise with line managers on new starter inductions and training requirements and support with completing the probationary review meetings.
* Provide other HR generalist administrative support to the business as and when required, such as providing documentation, conducting investigations and supporting with attendance, disciplinary, grievance and capability meetings and exit interviews, etc.
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment or human resources
- Proficiency in using HR systems and applicant tracking systems
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage relationships effectively
-CIPD level 3 or above is desirable.
