Your role, as Employment Coordinator, is to provide support to young people who have barriers to work, to make progress towards and achieve well-paid, sustainable employment. You will work in the local community engaging with young people face to face on a one to one and/or group basis to profile their skills and aspirations for work.

Minimum Requirements:
1. The drive, energy and commitment to support young people to gain an aspiration for work as they transition from school
2. Ability to build relationships with employers to offer opportunities for our young people
3. Ability to manage your own workload and prioritise as needed
4. Confident communicator
5. Strong attention to detail
6. Professional presentation and personality
7. Some knowledge of the local community
8. Ability to work with people at any age who have challenging barriers to employment
9. IT literacy
10. Comfortable working towards targets
11. A natural, professional relationship builder
12. A full driving licence
