Job Description
Key responsibilities consist of:
* Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely fulfilment.
* Handle inquiries, provide product information, and resolve customer issues.
* Assist in creating and sending price quotes and proposals.
* Conduct data analysis, generate reports, and track key performance metrics to support decision-making.
* Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues and provide timely feedback to ensure the highest level of service.
* Work with suppliers and shipping teams to track and manage deliveries.
* Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and order details in CRM systems.
* Support account managers with administrative tasks and follow-ups.
* Collaborate with warehouse teams to monitor inventory levels.
* Assist in processing invoices and verifying payment details.
* Work closely with the sales team to manage daily tasks, ensuring all systems are updated, and support the seamless running of the sales operations.
* Identify opportunities to streamline sales operations and improve efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have:
* Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles, preferably in an industrial or trade-related industry.
* Familiarity with order processing, invoicing, and CRM systems.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist customers and support the sales team.
* Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business software.
* Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or inventory management is a plus.
* Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and documentation.
